“Had a look at 2 tyres online on Website, added them to basket but a flag popped up saying my car may need Tyre sensors replaced due to age of car and it would be good to get them done when renewing tyres. I called RJM and asked about this and Ron/Roy told me not to worry about this as it’s only an advisory and that I would only need 2 tyres replaced. I’ve never used RJM before nor do I know anyone who works there so I was impressed by the advice given as each sensor would cost approximately £40. The garage could easily have said that I needed to get these sensors but didn’t where others may have. I booked car in for next day at a time suitable and left car as I didn’t need it. I received a call once car was ready for collection and made my way to collect it. Had a chat with a couple of the guys and paid for my tyres. Very happy with the service, price and honesty. Thanks ”
